General guidelines
To ensure the accurate exchange of ordering and reporting without errors, we primarily utilize system-based operations in our transactions.
We have two options available based on customer preferences:
1. Dedicated web application system (MInCS)
Ordering tests and releasing results are done through a dedicated web application system.
With this method, you are not affected by your laboratory system, allowing you to initiate transactions quickly even if you do not have a laboratory system or if system modifications are challenging.
2. Data transfer between your laboratory system and our system
Ordering tests and releasing results are done directly through data coordination between your laboratory system and SRL's system. This requires customizations in both systems, such as master configuration. However, once implemented, it enables efficient operations with reduced errors.
