Testing Turnaround Time (TAT)
TAT for each item can be viewed in our test directory.
Depending on the area, it usually takes several days for the specimen to arrive at our laboratory after being shipped.
Therefore, our TAT is defined as the usual number of days between the time a specimen is received at SRL and the time a result is released.

Holiday operation
Our lab operates 24/7, but during holidays reception of specimens may be restricted due to the inability to stably transport specimens. Efforts are made to maintain service during these holidays.
Contingency Plan
In the event of a local, regional, or national crisis which adversely affects timely delivery of specimens to SRL facilities, SRL will expeditiously make efforts to provide clients with necessary information and instruction on transportation and testing alternatives.
